Description

Online MRI Continuing Education (CE) Course

Our Virtual MRI Console Simulator is an online MRI education course that provides a virtual MRI interface that allows users to manipulate, in real time, image contrast, acquisition time, signal-to- noise ratio, and spatial resolution, as well as the number of slices allowed per acquisition. Before accessing the simulator, the course provides theoretical chapters that remind users of the basic and fundamental principles of MR.
With this virtual interface, you can optimize the parameters to answer 6 concrete optimization cases. Use all available parameters, such as TR, TE, turbo factor, and bandwidth to optimize the quality of the sequence. Be careful not to add an artifact to obtain a good optimization. The image will react directly to your changes! Go from a T2 turbo spin echo to a T1 spin echo easily, and watch the changes live.

This online MRI education course is accredited by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists and accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) for 7 Category A CE credits. It also meets the CE requirements for the states of Texas, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and New Mexico.
The course consists of 6 modules followed by a post-test. Upon successful completion of the post-test (75% passing score), you will be awarded 7 ARRT-approved CE credits to fulfill your biennial 24 CE requirements and/or to complete your prescribed continuing education (CQR).
